Q1. Are the diamonds real? Natural or synthetic? Treated or untreated?
Answer: All diamonds are real, natural and untreated. We manufacture them from rough stone.
Q2. Does the small diamonds come with GIA certificates?
Answer: No unless requested. We could send the diamonds to GIA for you ( you need to pay for the certificates in advance, no matter you eventually buy the diamonds or not ) but the certification cost for each piece of small diamond may be much greater than the diamond's price.
If you purchase large diamonds(>0.3ct) from us through tailor made orders, they come with GIA certificates.
Q3. What is Hearts & Arrows ( H&A )?
Answer: Hearts & Arrows(H&A) is a precision cut variation of round brilliant cut diamond. Every piece of our H&A clearly shows eight identical arrows from the top view, and also the eight hearts from the bottom view. Its production is much harder than normal excellent cut. It may be easy to find H&A in the market, but it is very difficult to find small Excellent Cut H&A as high standards as ours.
The difference between our diamonds and market is that our H&A diamonds have very precise angles and are highly symmetrical, since 0.2 degree of error in pavilion angle can already ruin the whole pattern. Even though every piece is small, if one arrow is not the same as others (e.g. too thin, too fat, not clear enough, etc.), it will get rejected by our picky quality control department when checking through computer.
The most important point is that...... the price is similar to our default full cut but more romantic! ♥

Q4. Which colour of gold should I choose? White gold, yellow gold or rose gold?
Answer: Beside personal preferences(favourite colour, colour that match skintones, etc.), we can make decision based on the situation.
1. If it is for a bride (marriage ring, necklace, etc.), we recommend you to choose white gold, which represents "Unchanged Purity".
2. There was a large L colour diamond (faint yellow) provided by a customer and the customer want to make it look more "representable". At last the customer was very satisfied with a rose gold necklace with that diamond. We recommend yellow gold and rose gold because it makes diamonds lower than K colour look more white. On the other hand, white gold makes coloured stone's colour more saturated.
Q5. Is the material allergy-free? How can I order nickel-free gold jewelry?
Answer: I have sensitive skin and when I bought my first pair of "so-called" allergy-free, nickel-free 18K earrings from a famous ( and expensive ) ear-piercing brand, I suffered a lot. After about a year, I can't take it anymore and ordered my own tailor-made earrings from my trusted craftsman. I changed to my new real 18K earrings and allergy doesn't occur anymore. (Btw, I immediately threw away my old ones! Gone forever!)
By default our product is 18K gold with low amount of nickel, same as all of my earrings which normally won't cause allergy, but if you want to order nickel-free, you may leave me your emaill address and what you want to purchase. When we have enough requests, we will make limited nickel-free products once in a while.
Q6. Why are your jewelries so expensive/so cheap?
Answer: If you compare our products with same quality products in other shops, most likely you will find that our products are 30%~70% cheaper. I am selling in lower price because I am not famous and I want to thank you for liking my designs and supporting my dream. I will be delighted if you can share your photo with me in return.

Q1. Do you have a shop? Can I see the actual product in person?
Answer: No, Tooo Mini is just my hobby and my dream. I don't earn my living from it.
You may visit our booth during the dollfie events in Hong Kong in the future. Since most products are make-to-order, when there's no event, I can only show you the jewelries which I post in "In Stock" catagory or Yahoo Auctions Japan, or my own not-for-sale human size jewelries made by the same craftsman.
Q2. Can I get the product immediately?
Answer: You may check our "In Stock" catagory or search for our products in Yahoo Auctions Japan. The products there have already been made and are ready to be delivered after payment is received. Also, when we are running a booth in the dollfie events in Hong Kong, you may come to our booth and buy them immediately.
Q3. I want something special and unique. How can I place a tailor-made order?
Answer: Please see our Tailor Made page (at the right upper of this page) for more information. If you need recommendations, please feel free to contact us ;-)
Q4. How will I make a payment?
Answer: We accept Paypal and wire transfer (bank transfer).
- Paypal/Credit card - If you want to use credit card, you may choose Paypal (you don't have to register) and proceed. 5% additional charge for paypal payment.
- Wire Transfer/Bank Transfer (HSBC Hong Kong) - Customer need to pay for the transfer fee but sometimes it may be cheaper than paypal's 5% additional charge.

Q1. When can I receive my jewelry?
Answer: After 5~8 weeks. If the final product cannot pass our inpsection before delivery, it may take longer.
Q2. I have changed my mind. Can I change or cancel my order?
Answer: Sorry, no change is allowed :-(

Q1. Can I return the products and get a refund?
Answer: Sorry, no claim, no return. (However, I will check all products before they are shipped.)
Q2. How should I clean my jewelry?
Answer: For daily cleaning, put them in soap water for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, carefully pick them up from water and put them on a dry cloth or tissue, natural air-drying.
For deep cleaning, you may deliver it to us and we will use our ultrasonic jewelry cleaner to clean it. (We will check if it needs to be repaired too.)
Q3. My jewelry is broken! Can you fix it?
Answer: Our craftsman can fix it but you need to afford the postage and the repair cost if any (for example, a missing diamond).
*Please take off your jewelry while heavy workload...( T^T ) Diamonds can be hurt too......
Q4. What is photo review? Is it a must?
Answer: We will be very delighted if you can take photos of you or your lovely dolls with our jewelry and share them with us. In return we will offer you special discount or free H&A upgrade in your next purchase!
(Photo review is not a must but... I want to make our staff happy and like what we are doing...)
